Nicholas Martinez, Ph.D is the Director of Analytics, Research and Strategy for the Miami HEAT of the National Basketball Association. His team is responsible for providing strategic insights and market research to drive the team’s sales and operations strategy. Nicholas is a South Florida native who helps the HEAT maintain its status as a trailblazing leader in every discipline of the business of basketball. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies, a Master's degree in International Affairs, and another in Urban Planning from FSU. He recently completed his Doctorate in Public Affairs at FIU.
