Gregory M. Santín is a Senior Lender, Commercial Real Estate with TD Bank, NA and the Chairman and an Executive Board Member of Miami Finance Forum. Mr. Santín has over 25-years of commercial real estate, commercial banking, real estate banking and credit officer experience all based in Miami, Florida covering the South Florida market and the balance of the State. Gregory has been responsible for over $4B in real estate transactions and loan originations having analyzed over $10B in commercial real estate both development, construction and acquisition opportunities among all asset classes in his banking career to date. Gregory commenced his career in investments in New York City, solely focused on off-shore clients within Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.
Prior to joining TD Bank, N.A., Gregory was an Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Private Bank with a focus on advising individuals and families whom have generated their wealth from the commercial real estate sector, financial executives, entrepreneurs and both public and private company executives. Gregory was a Vice President, Relationship Manager and Senior Banker on the Commercial Real Estate team at BankUnited, N.A. where during his tenure generated over half a billion dollars in CRE loans generating over $3MM in loan fees and $65MM in deposits from the top commercial real estate developers and families in the South Florida market. Gregory has had held positions at BNY Mellon in real estate banking and credit with signing authority and with Citigroup in commercial markets during his banking career. Prior to his banking career, he spent 10 years in commercial leasing and investment sales as a licensed real estate broker, closing three million square feet transactions and mortgage banking debt originations for a combined value of $1B in the South Florida Market.
Gregory received a bachelor of science degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Babson College, in Wellesley, MA. The Miami native is fully bilingual, English and Spanish and has a unique understanding of international and multicultural business environments found in today’s financial services, commercial real estate and banking industries.
Gregory is currently the chair and president emeritus, board member of the Babson College Alumni Club of South Florida, director and board member of the Babson Alumni Association (BAA), board member and the Past President and Board Member of the Risk Management Association (RMA) Southeast Florida Chapter.
