Etain Connor’s career began while working on Wall Street as a recruiter and then in financial research.
Upon returning home to Miami, Ms. Connor began her career in the nonprofit industry. This move resulted in over a decade of experience with major Miami institutions such as the Adrienne Arsht Center, the Frost Art Museum at FIU and Kristi House, and Cleveland Orchestra Miami.
In 2013, she moved to the other side of the table to advise clients on business development, strategy, project management and constituent engagement and retention, board development and through her consulting business High Tide Initiatives.
Etain recently joined Miami Finance Forum as the organization’s second Executive Director. She comes to the organization with extensive experience in marketing, membership, fundraising, event management, stewardship and business development.
Ms. Connor received a BA in Classics from Georgetown University, an MBA in International Business from Florida International University and a certificate in HR Management from the University of Miami.
She is thrilled to return to her roots in the finance industry.
